1.Open up photoshop or paintshop (any version will do). Ill be using Photoshop

2.Click HERE to download the following pattern. Save it and open it on your program. You will be using this as a canvas

3.Click HERE to download the following picture. Save it and open it on your program (thanks to n-scherzinger.com for picture)

4.Now click on the picture and marquee around the whole image, when selected go to the navigation bar> edit> copy or click the copy icon on your program. Don't know what's the marquee button? click HERE.

5.Paste the picture on the pattern, it should make a second layer (make sure the picture is on top)

6.Double-click on the picture to open "Layer Style" and in blending options, select "lighten".

7.Then go to (navi) Image> Adjustment> Desaturate. Then Go to Image> Adjustment> Selective Color

8.Drag-Down and select "Neutrals" then adjust Cyan:-46%, Magenta:+10%, Yellow:-2% and Black:+19.

9.Click HERE to download the following brush. Save it and open it on your program.

10.Marquee and copy, then paste it on the avatar just on top of the pattern.

11.Then save it on your comp then BAM! your done =] it should look like THIS
